We deliver Express Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and courier services. All parcels can be tracked. The method of delivery chosen is the fastest, safest route possible.\u00a0

A flat rate charge of $19.95 applies per order. Some bulky products may incur extra charges and these are usually displayed on the product description. Should your order exceed this please contact us. Approx 95% of our parcels are delivered within 1-3 working days from the day of order. All parcels are sent via the fastest route possible. Please note that this is not guaranteed and whilst we endeavour to deliver within these timescales, delays beyond our control can occur during transit.

International Delivery:\u00a0<\/strong>
We deliver to New Zealand, Europe, Americas, Africa \u00a0and Asia. For a full list please contact us. Charges for international deliveries vary pending on destination and weight of order. Should you require insurance for your package, please contact us for further details. International insurance starts from $9.95 and covers you for loss of parcel, damage whilst providing proof of dispatch, secure handling and a signature on delivery. Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipients\u2019 responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries. International parcels vary in delivery time and can take up to 14 working days to reach their destination. Should you have further enquiries in regards to international parcels please do not hesitate to contact us.\u00a0

Liability:\u00a0<\/strong>
It is the recipient\u2019s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If you opt not to insure your parcel, any damage or loss occurring during delivery or arising from a late delivery is not HSC liability. Some orders may take up to 14 working days for delivery, however we do our very best to ensure it reaches you the fastest and safest possible way. Should delivery be delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute as a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. Our HSC team are always at hand to follow up any missing or lost parcels with our delivery service providers and be rest assured that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
